Join us for a weekly guided meditation designed to help you unwind, relax, and restore balance.Each session is simple, gentle, and beginner-friendly — no experience needed. Just get comfortable, and enjoy some calm space for yourself.

Perfect for easing stress, settling the mind, and ending the day with more clarity and ease.

Please bring your own mat, pillows and blankets as desired to ensure you have exactly what you need to feel comfy. There are limitted chairs if you have concerns about getting off the floor.

3 people min must be booked for the event to go ahead. All monies will be returned if cancelled or you can move to another date
