WEDNESDAY EVENING WALK - Meet at Bromhams Playing Field Car Park, near the new Marsh Barton railway station, just before 7.30pm (see map for details - it's NOT the swing bridge on Bridge Road).
We'll make our way through Riverside Valley Park and out along to Bridge Road. Then, we'll head back along the South side of the canal... and if time allows for it, sneak a drink at the Double Locks on our way back.
It's about 2.5 miles and normally takes no more than 45 minutes, but it's long enough to have a few conversations, get to know a few guys in the group and to end the day with some gentle exercise.
Walking boots are recommended, and some weather-appropriate clothing too.
