Do I need to bring my own mat?

There will be mats supplied at the class. Some participants do bring their own. So it is your decision. Definitely don't worry if you don't have a mat. We have mats bands and mini balls at the class. : )

Is it suitable for beginners and if I have never done pilates before?

Yes I demonstrate a beginners move initially and then show how to make the move more advanced. So if you are a beginner or apprehensive just stick to the main initial exercise I demonstrate and you will be grand. : ) Please let me know if you have any injuries or medical conditions before the class.

Will it always be outside?

No. Glasgow being Glasgow we will be inside the beautiful kibble palace when it is rainy and dull. So it is a win win really. Come into the Kibble Palace and turn right at the fish pond for the gorgeous South room where we do Pilates.
