Yoga class for beginners & intermediates at granton:hub, beginning on 3rd May.
This is a four week block with classes every Wednesday evening from 18:30-19:45. The maximum group size for all classes is 8. Next term class dates are the 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th May.
Relax and restore your body and mind - this yoga class is suitable for all, with mindful focus on the breath through a slower vinyasa flow.
Pricing is £10 per class or £36 for the block of 4 classes (10% saving). Concessions available - see ticket description.
Please inform James of any injuries or aches / pains before the class. It's a good idea not to eat before the class but bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
