At FaithAction we aren’t the experts in event management training, but we have done a fair few events to know some of the skills and tools that can help you pull off a brilliant event no matter what the size/scope.
Event management is unlike project management, as there is a lot of preparation for sometimes a very short event and limited follow up (which often gets forgotten). The purpose of this training is to give you some tools to help you plan an event better, shape your team (or create one) and give you some advice on what to do on the day.
