The session is free for all paid members of the Event Supplier Network (ESN). Non-members are welcome to join and there will be a small fee to register.  *Members will be checked against registrations.

No – this is a live, closed session to encourage open discussion and sharing. To get the most from the experience, we recommend attending live and actively participating. *We reserve the right to record elements of the session to use for future promotional material.

How long will the session be?

The roundtable will run for approximately 60–75 minutes, allowing time for structured content, Q&A and informal discussion.

Do I need to prepare anything in advance?

No preparation is needed, but we encourage you to come with a key challenge or goal you’re working on in your business – this will help you get personalised insights during the session.

How do I join the session?

Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to join the session via Zoom. A reminder will be sent closer to the date.

Can I invite a colleague?

Yes! If they’re in a senior or business development role within the events industry, they’re welcome – just make sure they register separately. If your business is a member of ESN, they will also be able to register for free.
