Please note that this trek involves high altitudes and is graded as moderate to challenging. Fitness preparation is essential, but you don't necessarily need experience to join. Itinerary Highlights

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, team briefing, and overnight stay.
Day 2: Flight to Lukla, trek to Phakding along the scenic Dudh Kosi River.
Day 3: Trek to Namche Bazaar with awe-inspiring views of Everest.
Day 4: Acclimatization day in Namche, exploring Sherpa culture and local trails.
Day 5-8: Trekking through Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche, experiencing stunning Himalayan vistas.
Day 9: Reach Everest Basecamp! Celebrate this milestone and return to Lobuche.
Day 10-13: Descend through lush valleys, retracing your steps to Lukla, and fly back to Kathmandu.
Day 14: Free day to relax, explore, or shop in vibrant Kathmandu.
Day 15: Departure day – bid farewell to your team and this unforgettable journey.

What's Included:

Accommodation and meals as per itinerary.
Domestic flights (Kathmandu to Lukla return).
Experienced Sherpa guides, porters, and a Muslim Hikers representative.
Expedition doctor and medical support.
Purified drinking water throughout the trek.
Trekking permits and Sagarmatha National Park fees.
Pre-departure support, including access to Muslim Hikers events for training and preparation.
Celebration dinner in Kathmandu.

Exclusions:

International flights and visa fees.
Personal travel insurance (mandatory).
Tips and gratuity for guides and porters (approx. £100 recommended).
Trekking gear and equipment (kit list provided).

Ticket Options:

Standard Ticket: £2450 – Pay in full or £500 deposit + remainder via a payment plan.
Charity Ticket: £500 – Pay in full or £250 deposit + £250 by end of May 2025, with a minimum fundraising requirement of £4000 for Charity Right UK.

We proudly support Charity Right UK, providing meals to children in need worldwide, including emergency food parcels in Gaza, Palestine. Standard ticket holders are also welcome to join the fundraiser (optional).

At least 80% of minimum sponsorship is expected two months before the event, and the full amount due before departure.

Additional Information:

You must arrive at Kathmandu Airport by 7pm on Tuesday, 25th November 2025.
Departures will commence after breakfast on Tuesday, 9th December 2025.
All participants will receive a detailed itinerary and full kit list upon registration.
This trek is strictly for adults aged 18+.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
