This 2-day course that covers the principles and process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master in it. This course is a combination of instruction and team-based exercises, and teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement.

How do I achieve the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification?


The PSM I certification is achieved by taking and passing an online assessment It can be taken from any internet connected computer and is included in the course.

What is required to achieve the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification?


The PSM I assessment is comprised of 80 multiple choice questions that must be completed in 60 minutes. The pass mark is 85%. 

What are the course hours?


Courses start at 09:00 and finish at around 17:00 each day.

How many people will attend?


10 attendees maximum to ensure a premium experience and to remain socially distanced.

How should I prepare for the course?


The only preparation required is to read the Scrum Guide.
