About this event

Are you looking to learn more about shopping for and cooking delicious and affordable meals this summer?Then why not come along to our Everyday Cooking Sessions and learn some new skills!

These sessions are free and will include tips on bulk cooking and purchasing, slow-cooking and reducing food waste. The sessions will last 2.5 hours and will finish with a shared meal of food created together in the session.

The dates are:

Everyday Cooking Sessions 1 & 2:

Emmaus @ The Dales - Monday 4th August 10am – 12:30pm

Emmaus @ The Royal Oak – Tuesday 5th August 10am – 12:30pm

Everyday Cooking Sessions 3 & 4:

Emmaus @ The Dales - Tuesday 16th September 10am – 12:30pm

Emmaus @ The Royal Oak – Wednesday 17th September 10am – 12:30pm

Please be aware: There are 4 different sessions. 2 at Emmaus @ The Dales (216 Dales Road Ipswich IP1 4JY) and 2 at Emmaus @ The Royal Oak (175 Felixstowe Road Ipswich IP3 8EB).

Please also note: you do not need to sign up to attend, however if you are able to sign up, it helps us plan the activities.
