Everyday excellence: A confident future for women in surgery
Following on from the success of the recent Senior WinS event, this year’s main conference will carry on with the theme of excellence and confidence. You can expect to see talks on imposter syndrome, unconscious bias, gender differences and confidence.
Workshops to include:

- Self-coaching for excellence
