Mindfulness has grown beyond being what some may have seen as a fad to becoming a recognised, scientifically verified tool for improving mental wellbeing and our quality of life.

Andy will take you through a progressive course that will introduce you to the fundamentals of mindfulness, establishing a daily practice and most importantly how to integrate mindfulness into a busy lifestyle.

This course brought to you via Impact Hub Kings Cross and the Lightning Fast Foundation will:

  • provide lots of practical tips for stress relief, focus, emotional resilience and becoming a better listener.

  • help you to develop and deepen your capacity to rest and regenerate a sense of wellbeing.

  • include interactive exercises to make learning Mindfulness a fun and accessible experience.

  • give you a whole toolbox of techniques to help you transform your daily experience of life.

The beginning of each session is a recap of basic mindfulness principles.

Then on the following dates we'll look at:

24th Oct - Mindfulness Relating with Others

31st Oct - Unhooking from the Monkey Mind to find peace

7th Nov - Learning to Integrate A Sense of "Being" as you go about your Doing!

Each session £15, £35 for all 3 remaining sessions

This course is run by Andy Paice an experienced mindfulness teacher, facilitator and coach. Andy used to be a Buddhist monastic of the Tibetan tradition who lived in a monastery in France and accomplished a 3 year meditation retreat. These days he works offering secular mindfulness classes in both community and corporate settings and isa campaigner for a more inclusive and participatory democracy.
