#EverydayInclusion Workshop: Introduction to Neurodiversity

This session aims to increase delegates knowledge of Neurodiversity and explores ways we can make our workplace more inclusive for those who are neurodiverse. It gives delegates a brief overview of some neurodiverse conditions, explores some of the barriers that neurodiverse staff face in the workplace and looks at ways that managers can overcome these by exploring the reasonable adjustments process.
