This session is an exploration of good practice, both within delegates current practice and also across the trust. The workshop discusses techniques and strategies that can be utilised to support in holistically promoting equality throughout the workplace and asks participants to think about the consequences of what they do and don’t say.
It is strongly recommended that participants have attended the ‘Barriers to Equality and Unconscious Bias’ workshop before this workshop.
