Join us for this interactive, practical workshop that invites you to explore how creative you can be in a short space of time — and produce one or two poems of your own.

We’ll begin with a free write and move through simple yet powerful techniques to shape, order, and refine your words into poetry. The exact theme will be revealed on the day — let’s just say you’ll be creating in the moment, without overthinking or preparation.

This isn’t just a poetry workshop — it’s an invitation to access your own insight, creativity, and sense of wellbeing through the art of words.
