As the University Relations & Talent Acquisition Programmes Executive for Marriott International in EMEA, I work closely with students, universities, and hiring teams to identify and develop future industry leaders.

Anabel Ramirez Polanco - Rooms Operations Voyager

My name is Anabel Ramirez, and I currently work as a Rooms Voyager at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. I’m originally from the Dominican Republic and hold a master’s degree in Hospitality from the Swiss Hotel Management School. I love hospitality because making other people happy brings me joy. A fun fact about me is that I enjoy singing and have a deep passion for musical theater.
