Evidencing the impact of allied health professionals (AHPs) – quality and productivity

Dr Joanne Fillingham, Clinical Director AHPs and Rosalind Campbell, AHP Productivity Lead, NHS Improvement are hosting three, one day events to provide AHP leads with information about NHS Improvement and its work programmes, in particular those that are AHP specific and/or require AHP involvement.

The events will also focus on ‘Evidencing the impact of AHPs – quality and productivity’ including workshop sessions that invite participants to share insights and experience, and engage with the work programmes.

The events will start 10:00am (with registration from 9.15am) and will conclude by 4.30pm. Exact timings will be confirmed closer to the event. You only need to attend one of the events as they will all be covering the same content.

This interactive workshop will provide:

• an overview of the NHS Improvement work programmes that are a priority for AHPs
  
  
• an understanding of the importance of data to measure quality and productivity
  
  
• provide an opportunity to collaborate on key AHP workforce initiatives

Who should attend?

The most senior designated AHP/therapy lead in your organisation ie. director, associate director, professional head or professional lead.

It is recognised that different organisations have different governance structures and it may be that there are several roles of equal seniority. However, due to limited places we are asking that one person per organisation attends.

Please note, you do not have to attend the event that is held in your region. Please choose the date and location most convenient to you.
