ACMP UK are thrilled to host EVOLUTION OF CHANGE*, which is a highly interactive in person event at the Microsoft offices in London! The purpose of this event is to help the change community, particularly in the UK, to thrive, so this is open to ACMP Members and non-members.

This is a half day event focused on learning, sharing experiences and networking on how we, change professionals, can help organisations plan change to be future ready.

Dave Coplin, Chief Envisioning Officer and world class speaker will be delivering the keynote on leading change for the future.

We also have a diverse panel discussion on how we can help organisations get future ready with Jennifer Bryan, Vice President of ACMP UK as the Chair, Janet Greenwood, Director, Infrastructure Advisory (Sustainability) at KPMG, Guy Sorrill, Managing Director at Sysdoc, Melanie Stancliffe, Employment Partner at Cripps Pemberton Greenish and Steve Wells, Global Futurist.

There will be table discussions on the biggest challenges and opportunities we envisage as change professionals helping organisations with change, followed by a networking social with drinks and nibbles.

Keynote Speaker Bio

Dave Coplin, CEO and Founder, The Envisioners

For over 25 years, Dave Coplin has provided strategic advice and guidance around the impact of technology on a modern society (both at work and in play) in order to help organisations and individuals envision the full potential that technology has to offer.

Dave is an established author and a sought after public speaker on topics surrounding the future of work and our relationship with technology. His first book: “Business Reimagined”, provided a view of a new working environment based on collaborative and flexible working. Jennifer Bryan, Founder & MD ABChange Consultancy (Chair)

I have a passion for making sure people are at the centre of decision making in change, especially with leaders. I very much believe in helping people - in whatever capacity I can. Whether that is with finding the right pair of shoes, lead people through an organisational transformation or other leadership challenges - I believe in helping!

I do this by, making sure people are thought of first and engaged through to the end of change projects and programmes. I have a pragmatic approach to the behavioural elements of change and am qualified and practiced as a learning professional. I am skilled in connecting with clients from a position of real insight and understanding, so I can effectively help.

I have created a unique leadership change model, ABChange Model, which is underpinned by popular theories in leadership and change. The model enables managers to create their strategies and action plans for effecting their specific change within their organisations.

Guy Sorrill, Managing Director, Sysdoc (Sponsor)

Guy is a Business Consultant with over 20 years experience working with major organisations to support their transformational goals.
