We explore a new theme each time connected to a different chakra, creating space for insight, release, and renewal. Examples of class themes: self-love, security, forgiveness, boundaries.
✨ Class Theme: Grounding in the PresentIn this session, we’ll focus on slowing down and coming back to right here, right now. Life often pulls us into worries about the future or ruminations about the past—grounding practices help us return to our body, our breath, and the stability of the present moment. Through gentle yoga, mindful breathing, and reflection, we’ll explore how to feel safe, steady, and supported even when life feels uncertain. This class will give you simple, practical tools to reconnect with yourself and anchor your energy in everyday life.
🌿 Chakra Connection:This theme is connected to the Root Chakra (Muladhara), the energy centre that represents stability, security, and feeling at home in your body and in the world. When this chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, calm, and resilient. Our practice will use movement, breath, and essential oils to nourish and stabilise this foundation.

Aga is a certified Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher, meditation guide, and transformational coach passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and deeper truth. She’s guided students through healing journeys in Mexico, Colombia, the UK, and Spain.
Her sessions merge together yoga, breathwork, energy tools, and aromatherapy to support emotional well-being, clarity, and embodiment. She also offers private coaching and an 8-week program for those busy- mind individuals seeking to create a life of deeper calm, confidence, and clarity.
