Event description
An expedited move to virtual attraction, assessment and selection forces us to ask what the impacts are to a second recruitment cycle.

About this Event

How you engage with candidates is fundamental to the success of your early careers strategy. COVID has expedited a transition to a more virtual method of engagement from Careers fairs to Assessment Centres.

Whilst this transition was borne out of necessity, we are becoming much more comfortable with a remote candidate journey and increasingly a blended approach, combining the elements of face to face and virtual.

Join us, a whole host of like-minded employers to break down these topics, share our learnings and discuss the opportunities in our tenth roundtable.

To see who's attended previous roundtables and what's been discussed before, please use the following link.

Please note exact topics will be built in conjunction with attendees signing up.

The team and I at Virgin Media always enjoy discussing the latest topics and challenges in the roundtables, and it's particularly reassuring to learn that employer challenges go across different sectors.
