eVTOL Insights is proud to announce its 2026 North America Conference & Awards will take place at the National Advanced Air Mobility Center of Excellence (NAAMCE) near Springfield, Ohio.
The three-day event is scheduled for Wednesday, April 29 to Friday, May 1st, and promises to be a must-attend for professionals across the global Advanced Air Mobility market. It will follow previous eVTOL Insights conferences in North America, which include New York (2022), Montreal (2024) and Palo Alto (2025).
The 2026 conference will kick off on Wednesday, April 29th with a planned industry tour, offering attendees a behind-the-scenes look at cutting-edge AAM developments.
The main conference day will be held on Thursday, April 30th, featuring keynotes, panels, and keynote presentations from industry leaders, innovators and policymakers. After the conference finishes, the 2026 Global AAM Awards will take place and recognise more individuals and companies working within the global Advanced Air Mobility market.
The event will conclude with a second industry tour on Friday, May 1st, providing further insight into the infrastructure and operations shaping the future of air mobility.
Located at the Springfield–Beckley Municipal Airport, the NAAMCE opened in September 2023 and is a premier research and development facility dedicated to advancing the field of Advanced Air Mobility.
Spanning 55,000 square feet, the center comprises 30,000 square feet of administrative, laboratory, meeting, and collaboration spaces, along with an additional 25,000 square feet of aircraft hangar space.
NAAMCE serves as a collaborative hub, bringing together key stakeholders from the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, NASA, the Ohio Unmanned Aircraft Systems Center, academic institutions and private industry.
The facility supports a wide range of activities, including the development and testing of eVTOL aircraft, high-speed VTOL aircraft and other AAM technologies.
In addition to its research and development functions, NAAMCE plays a pivotal role in workforce development and training. The center is equipped with eVTOL simulators to train crew members and supports various demonstration projects that showcase technologies advancing AAM integration beyond the aircraft itself.
