20 min sessions are available for booking between 10am and 3.40pm in CG.49, Ellen Wilkinson Building (EWB) by all staff and students that are based in Humanities.
1 person should book the 20 min session. Email confirmation of the booking will then be sent.
Please go straight to the room (CG.49, Ellen Wilkinson Building). Please sign in with the following details:
a) Your Name and Staff or Student ID number;
b) Name(s) of the other players (up to 3 others), and whether they are staff, students or visitors to the University;
c) Number of bats and balls required to be used during the 20 min session.
Please put the bats and balls back in the box before you leave.
If you would like to book more than one session in a row, half a day or the whole day in the EWB Ping Pong Parlour for a specific social gathering or event, please email melanie.canham@manchester.ac.uk well in advance and this can be organised before the 20 minutes sessions are advertised for booking.
