The Examiner will provide general information about how marks were awarded during the Winter 2016 examination session. There will then be an opportunity to ask questions.
The Seminar will be approximately two hours in length and light refreshments will be provided. It is not a practical workshop or class, so there is no need to dress for practical work.
This feedback seminar will focus on the most recent exam tour(s) however attendance does not need to be restricted to teachers entering candidates on this tour(s). Any RAD Registered Teacher or teacher recognised by mutual agreement whose membership is current and up to date, may attend.
This seminar counts for four time-valued CPD hours.
The fee for attendance, which covers the administrative costs of holding the Seminar is £32.00 (members) £40.00 (non-members).
Please note that the focus of this Seminar is the way in which Examiners award marks in examinations. It will not cover advice on teaching.
Please also note that, owing to the generic nature of the information given, nothing stated by the Examiner at this seminar may be used as the basis for any enquiry, complaint or appeal about an examination.
