About this event
I’m running a one-day, in-person workshop for up to 16 people on Wednesday 22nd September, in West London because I know the power of enabling your genius and coaching in flow.
You will learn:
· To deepen your flow state so that you perform to your very best as a coach
· To deepen the flow state of your clients so they are at their most brilliant, with increased clarity, problem solving powers, creativity and imagination
· To improve the core non-directive skills, so there is an unshakeable foundation to your coaching, allowing you to coach effectively in virtually any situation
· About ‘who shows up’ when you coach – your unique individual genius as a coach – and how you can deliver your best coaching with radical results.
This is a workshop, versions of which I have run over many years, principally through my former business, The School of Coaching. It was consistently rated the one of most profound, transformative and fun workshops. I don’t believe anyone benefits from just sitting listening to the speaker, we will get you involved.
In the morning session you will learn and practice new skills in a safe environment – on a tennis court. In this ‘laboratory’ you can try new things and instantly see the change. Taking the skills out of the traditional workshop environment allows participants to engage in a more creative, fun way.
Coaching when you can’t teach because you don’t know the technique (i.e. tennis), leaves you reliant on something very special – the inherent ability of the player to learn for themselves, from their innate capacity to learn.
In the second half of the workshop, we’ll see how these skills translate into your coaching practice, with great effect. No experience of tennis is required, you don’t even have to like it! And no matter what your level of fitness you will be safe.
The Workshop will run from 9.00 till 17.30 and will be held at Dukes Meadows, Dan Mason Drive, London W4 2SH
