• Neuroplasticity and how to make positive change
• How we communicate and the impact on relationships
• How to communicate in a way that opens dialogue and reduces conflict
• How to use space to support your child's emotional wellbeing
• How to become a better communicator and speak your child's language
• How to have a better relationship with your child and develop trust

You will also learn to guide your child to:

• Become more resourceful and resilient
• Create new, more empowering behaviours
• Become more grounded and open to learning
• Regulate their emotions and to have more choice over how they are feeling

The course will be run on Zoom using breakout rooms for small group experiences.
