We are delighted to inform you about the "Exchange of good practices to succeed in applications, project management and impact" Transnational Cooperation Activity (TCA).
This TCA is a contact seminar hosted by the Erasmus+ Spanish National Agency (NA) SEPIE. The event aims to improve the quantity and quality of Erasmus+ applications received in the field of vocational education and training (VET), and to enable participants to exchange good practices in application writing, project management and impact. In addition, this seminar will allow delegates to find European partners with similar interests and to develop ideas for new Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility and KA2 Strategic Partnerships projects in the VET field.
When and where is this TCA taking place?
This contact seminar will be held in Zaragoza from 25 to 27 January 2017. Zaragoza is the capital of the Aragón region and is located at equal distance from other major cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao. Selected participants will be notified of the exact location of the seminar in due course.
Draft programme and event information
The event will entail a presentation of successful examples of projects in the field of VET, sessions promoting the funding opportunities available under Erasmus+ and thematic workshops. The draft programme is available at http://www.mecd.es/oapee2/pluginfile.php/3211/mod_resource/content/1/ProgrammeDraft%20v2.pdf.
Who can take part?
The contact seminar is targeted at representatives from organisations eligible to participate in KA1 Mobility and KA2 Strategic Partnerships projects in the VET field, for example VET providers, Chambers of Commerce, and local or regional authorities in charge of VET. As the seminar focuses on sharing best practice around application writing and project management, the UK NA will prioritise TCA applications received from organisations who have not previously been awarded Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 funding in the VET field.
It is expected that around 100 delegates will take part in this TCA (40 from Spain and 60 from other Programme countries). The working language will be English.
How do I take part?
Download the application form and return it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and by Wednesday 23 November 2016. You should also read our guide on how to complete the application form.
A limited number of places for UK participants is available so the UK NA will only process the first 15 applications received. Any further applications will not be assessed.
What funding is available?
Selected participants based in the UK will receive 100% reimbursement of actual travel costs incurred up to a maximum of 600 euro, following submission of a report and claim form after the end of the activity.
