Exchange of Learning 2025-26 with Helen Graham

iYoga Glasgow (IYG) and East of Scotland Iyengar Yoga (ESIY) are working together for the 2025-26 Exchange of Learning Days.

The theme is ‘Yoga for all bodies'.

There are 4 dates across Scotland and you can attend any of them.

A few days ahead of the date we will forward more details to you, including what equipment you'll need to bring.

Tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days before the day.

Teachers are required to attend one Exchange of Learning Day (formerly known as PD Days) every two years, and are strongly encouraged to attend every year, as the topics change annually - with the subject chosen based on issues facing or questions arising from teachers.

Helen has been teaching since 1990, she is the highest certified teacher in Glasgow and the only approved teacher trainer. She has over 40 visits to Pune – where she has assisted Guruji in medical classes, as well as studying at the Yoga institute in Pune set up by Gururji. She is involved in the assessment of new yoga teachers and has just been made a moderator and member of the assessment and training committee for the IY(UK).
