Event description

Description

The employee experience revolution is happening; ExChange is the gathering of professionals and practitioners at its forefront. It's the coming together of thought leaders, an exploration of the intricacies of the experiences of our employees. It's challenging everything we think we know about the world of work. 12 of the biggest names in employee experience will spend the day sharing their insight with 150 professionals and practitioners working in HR, internal comms and employee engagement. This is a day for the people who design and deliver exceptional employee experiences.

We’re bringing together world-class employers and some of our smartest friends – including a futurist, a neuroscientist, and a leader in AI - to spend the day sharing case studies, exploring pioneering research, and unpacking challenges to the way our organisations think about their people.

This is a chance for you to equip yourself with the knowledge to make the business case for employee experience. You can learn how to turn disruptions of the workplace of the future into opportunities to build an incredible employer brand, all while networking with others who are also working to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Here’s what to expect on the day:

Lucy Adams, CEO of Disruptive HR: HR for a disrupted world

Reflecting on a career in HR leadership – including roles at Serco, Eversheds, and a five-year tenure at the BBC during one of its most turbulent periods – Lucy is now on a mission to challenge HR to adapt to survive in a changing world

Ben Whitter, CEO & Founder World Employee Experience Institute: Employee Experience: Defining, designing, & delivering exceptional business & human results

Panel: Delivering a world-class employee experience; what can we learn from customer experience?

Hear from practitioners who have transformed employee and customer experiences at Bupa, Harrods and Virgin Media, with an opportunity to put your questions to them

Andy Swann, author of The Human Workplace: Platforms for people to thrive: create the experience because you are the interface

Case study: Ade Cheatham and April Bembridge of PKF Cooper Parry: Culture eats strategy

Pete Trainor, Co-Founder of US Ai and author of Hippo, the Human-Focused Digital Book: Don’t do things better, do better things

A digital designer, author and polymath, Pete will question our preconceptions about artificial intelligence and examine the role that technology will play in the future of work

Workshop: Amy Brann, author of Engaged, Make Your Brain Work, and Neuroscience for Coaches: What is the gold standard for employee experience?

Renowned for her eye-opening workshops, Amy has designed an experience exclusively for ExChange which will explore the innermost processes of our brains at work

Case study: Andrea Pattico, Chief People Officer at MVF

Matt Macri-Waller, CEO & Founder of Benefex: Time to hit the panic button on your employee experience?
