Expect rich stouts, decadent porters, Trappist gems and dark Belgian ales you simply won’t find on UK shelves. Every beer has a journey behind it – Paul will share not just what’s in the glass, but also the stories of the brewers, the cellars, and the hidden bars where he tracked them down. It’s part tasting, part storytelling, and all about celebrating the adventure of beer.
