Your day begins with an energising Vinyasa flow class. You will be working on deepening your practice in a safe and nurturing environment. There will be a chance to create your own home practice, allowing you to continue when you arrive home. Your sessions in the evening will focus on a more mindful practice- where you will practice Yin and restorative Yoga. There will be guided meditations and Yoga Nidra to send you into a deep relaxation state.
This retreat is a great opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of Yoga and exercise techniques to increase overall vitality and well-being. You will practice pranayama (breathing techniques) daily. In between your sessions 1:1 therapies are on offer to encourage the body to heal. They support the daily practice very well. Enjoy extra activities in your day too – swimming in nature, canoeing and guided walks, try the library out at Itha108- the viewing is breathtaking.
