That is why we are bringing the Workshed community together for a HR, retention and recruitment Roundtable, a practical, open forum to swap experiences, test ideas and get guidance from people who have been there before.

This is not a presentation but an opportunity for you to discuss your HR challenges. Guided by a facilitator, with experienced HR and recruitment experts in the room, the group sets the agenda. You bring the questions and challenges, and together we will work through them.

Expect to explore questions such as:

• How do I know when's the right time to recruit?
• What should a job specification look like?
• Which tools can I use to make managing staff easier, not harder?
• How can I keep staff from leaving?
• How do I deal with all the employee legislation?
