The Lighthouse, Scotland’s Centre for Design and Architecture, is delighted to host a special VIP event on Friday, 7 November - it's all about the impact of creative work.
The event will take place on level 3 in the Conference Suite, from 3.30pm.
We have 100 places available, on a first come first serve basis, for you to attend an event where our VIP speaker, SVP Digital Media International at MTV, Philip Bourchier O'Ferrall, will be speaking about audience, engagement and impact. Gerry Campbell from Equator will follow and talk through two case studies. The first is Malmaison hotel where the agency was briefed to improve the conversion rate of its current site while portraying Malmaison’s provocative and indulgent brand identity and the second The Macallan, a world-wide campaign supporting online sales.
David Whyte from Tangent Graphic, who were the lead design agency for the recent Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, will then present the design process and how they tackled such a complex branding exercise.
