About Charity Horizons

Charity Horizons proudly offers tailored recruitment and consultancy solutions to non-profit organisations and individuals. We’re committed to social impact and contributing to the broader goals of the charities and enterprises we serve.

Our founders, Charlie and Leanne, bring over 25 years of combined experience to the table. Their knowledge and proven track record, coupled with their unrivalled enthusiasm for the sector, make Charity Horizons the perfect choice when you’re looking to develop and grow your career or organisation.

Charlie and Leanne share a deep-rooted passion for the non-profit sector. They met while working in the charities department of a larger recruitment firm, and their shared love for the sector and the people who make it so incredible led them to launch Charity Horizons at the start of lockdown.

After surviving that period, they’ve re-established an unrivalled network of clients and candidates – built on a desire to do things a little differently, focusing on understanding and supporting people in unique ways.

Charity Horizons is a charity recruitment company that wants people to do what they love – whether that’s our candidates, our clients, or our own team members.

We’re known for our exceptional support to individuals and organisations. This recognition stems from our values-led culture, which prioritises service and the wellbeing of everyone.
