Afternoon: Cultivating Happiness in Life and Work
Take a pause from the pace of everyday life and join us for a restorative day of Meditation, Yoga/Stretching (optional), and practical, reflective talks—designed to help you release stress, reset your mind, and reconnect with a deeper sense of happiness and balance.
This wellbeing event in London is open to all experience levels. Whether you're completely new or returning to your practice, the day is centred around practical tools to bring more calm, clarity, and fulfilment—both professionally and personally.
Morning Session: Vedic Meditation (VM) Instruction (Part 1 of 4)
The morning offers a rare opportunity to begin a simple and powerful Mantra-based Meditation Course with private, one-to-one instruction.
Each appointment lasts 60 minutes and takes place between 8:00am and 1:00pm.
You’ll receive:
- A personal mantra, selected specifically for you
- Clear instruction in how to meditate effortlessly
- Time for questions to ensure confidence from the start
This is Session 1 of a four-part course. The remaining three sessions (conducted online_ take place on Sunday and Monday, covering:
- How the technique works to release stress
- How to build it into your routine
- How regular practice can improve sleep, energy, and emotional wellbeing

Afternoon Session: Cultivating Happiness in Life and Work
In the afternoon, we explore what it really means to live well—not just in moments of rest, but in the way we work, relate, and care for ourselves.
You’ll be guided through:
- Gentle Yoga/Stretching (optional) and Meditation
- Reflective, thought-provoking talks
- Practical tools to improve sleep, focus, and overall wellbeing
- Approaches to reshape how we experience happiness in real life—not just as an ideal, but as something we can return to
This session is welcoming, real, and accessible—no need for prior experience, just a willingness to explore.
All mats and refreshments are provided. Come as you are.
