We are delighted to be hosting our 5th Annual Event with The York Management School, University of York, working in partnership with Harrowells and Consilia Legal, and their associates at St Phillips Barristers.
A masterclass in how to deal with executive terminations dealing with tactics, negotiations including without prejudice and protected conversations, settlement agreements, taxation and post-termination restrictions.
The aim of the session is not only to suggest to you "how to get it right" in executive termination situations, but to get you to think about how to sucessfully manage them with a view to minimising your company's exposure to legal risk. It works not through "lecturing" in the traditional sense but by the speakers engaging with you through a realistic scenario which is worked through during the session.
There’ll also be plenty of opportunity for discussion and Q&A.
This event is likely to be of interest to HR Professionals, Business Owners and Senior Managers.
Free of charge for CIPD Members. For non-Members there is a nominal charge of £25+vat to attend – if you attend several events throughout the year, please do ask about Membership options. Not in HR or L&D? Business Owners/Managers are always very welcome to attend our events.
