This seminar will highlight the importance of exercise in old age. It will introduce participants to a range of simple exercises that can be done to prevent diabetes, high blood pressure, and other health risks prone to those aged 55 and above. There will also be a chance for people to check their cholesterol and blood pressure amongst others.
There will be snacks provided. A great chance to meet people, and socialize in a warm and welcoming environment.
