This is workshop 3 of our Eat Better, Move Better, Feel better series of workshops. During the first part of the workshop, Jane Faulkes, McTimoney chiropractor, takes us on a deep dive into the research about bone metabolism, what affects your bone health, and what you can do about it.
The second half is hosted by Pepi James who is a personal trainer. She will help you learn some easy routines that you can do in your daily lives to do the best you can to help your bone health and swerve your curve against bone diseases and discomfort.
