Can we just pay to enter at the door?

Accepted Answer

Tickets for Brick Festival events will be made available at the door unless sold out online prior to the event. We strongly recommend booking tickets well in advance due to events regularly selling out.

Question 2

I bought my tickets in advance, do I still need to queue?

Accepted Answer

If you have purchased advance tickets, you will not have to queue at the Sales Desk to purchase tickets, but you may have to join a queue to enter the venue. If you arrive significantly before your designated entry time, you may be asked to return closer to your entry time.

Question 3

Is the event accessible?

Accepted Answer

Each Brick Festival venue is carefully selected to ensure full accessibility for all of our visitors. Venues will either have level entry, access ramps or full lift access. See more information here: https://brickfestivalevents.com/accessibility/

Question 4

Can I leave early? Will I be able to come back into the event if I leave?

Accepted Answer

Visitors may leave at any time during their visit. You will be allowed to re-enter by showing your hand stamp at the venue entrance. Please note that you may be asked to join a short queue to re-enter during peak periods.

Question 5

Can I arrive after the time stated on my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can enter the event anytime from the time on your ticket. For example, if you have an 10am Early Entry ticket but don't arrive until 2pm that's no problem at all. And yes you will still get your gift.

Question 6

Do I need to print out my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Tickets purchased online can be either printed out and shown at the event, or shown on your phone/device at the door. We advise having the QR code on your tickets ready for scanning as you arrive at the venue to ensure a smooth entry. The QR code can be accessed through the EventBrite app.
