This one day workshop is designed to cultivate the skills of connecting to yourself, to be intimate with your inner experiences and to feel embodied.
Through practices in loving kindness and compassion it is possible to befriend and to develop love, to become more authentic. It can also allow you to feel more ease in relating and connecting to others and the environment around you.
You will receive a handout and a CD to continue with the practice if wished.
