This empowering one day workshop is designed to cultivate the skills of connecting with yourself through relating to your inner experiences.
Through practices in loving, kindness and compassion it is possible become more authentic. It can also allow you to feel more at ease in relating and connecting to others and the environment around you.
You will receive a handout and a CD to continue with the practice if wished.

Mindfulness Teacher and Well-Being Educator (Practitioner) Heike Hollerung has a background in counselling, body work, mental health and special needs support. Her passion is to combine the depths of insight meditation and other spiritual traditions with personal development approaches. The aim is to increase self- awareness, compassion and a sense of feeling fulfilled, enjoying life.
