About this Event
Our first speaker of 2020 is Vanessa Cobb
Vanessa’s talk is on Deepen Your Conversation Via Colour:
How Three Secrets of Colour Can Maximise Empathy and Raise Self Awareness
However we choose to live, work and enjoy life, conversation is key to finding true freedom, success and happiness. But very often our most logical, best-laid plans fall short when faced with inevitable human interaction.
Arguably, emotional resistance is the number one factor holding us back from delivering our full potential - whether it takes the form of procrastination or perfectionism, road rage or aversion to criticism, fear of rejection or stage fright. Self-doubt stands in the way of advancing our careers; a reluctance to say ‘No’ can swamp us with overwhelming stress; unspoken feelings have the power to diminish us, frustrate our efforts and alienate potential allies. Clearing the mind of its negativity has become not just a higher level skill that’s nice to have, it’s now essential in order to fulfil any professional role in the competitive 21st Century.
Recognised and supported by Innovate UK, Via Colour has been developed by Vanessa Cobb over the last twenty years to take Mindfulness to exceptional depths - and the process works in seconds.
Join us for an interactive presentation in which Vanessa shares three secrets of colour and their place in building self awareness and discovering greater empathy with loved ones, colleagues and clients.
