Join us at the beautiful Prana Voice studios, the new home for workshops by the Empowering and Nurturing, London based Yoga Teacher, Afshan Sheikh.

This is the second in our workshop series. “BREATHE” was a huge success and completely sold out — now we introduce “EXHALE.”
After carrying so much this year, from heavy social media content to our inner jargon, we need to release and exhale what no longer serves us, creating space for our inner voice to come through.
If you want inner clarity, if you want to meet yourself where you are truly at, and if you want to soothe your mental Mind Chatter, then this one is for you.
Expect gentle YOGA movement and poses which are designed to encourage softening and release within the body, accompanied by powerful and cleansing BREATHWORK to begin. We journey into a beautiful piano-assisted meditation with the renowned Tish Chhaya and magical hands-on assists from Dr Rula. Head massages will be available during this section and are optional.
The workshop ends with a guided journaling session and closing circle — a huge hit and winning feature of “BREATHE”, now becoming a tradition we continue with every workshop.
All equipment is provided — mats, blocks, and bolsters — so you can simply arrive and immerse yourself.
