With over 20 years of experience in the accounting and corporate finance industry, Poonam has worked with organisations across many industries, including worldwide organisations, supporting them with succession planning (specifically mergers and acquisitions) or on their board via an appointment or through director-level training. She is passionate about helping organisations and directors with their business journeys, whatever stage they may be.

A big believer in diversifying boards for greater success, Poonam frequently speaks about the stigma of women in businesses and boardrooms.
