Personal development and growth is not about fixing who you are. It's about releasing who you're not (the low vibrations of the subconscious) so you can return home to your true nature. This is why I created this workshop series: to release and clear the illusion of who think you are and to create a new perspective so you can make empowered choices rather than stay stuck and trapped in subconscious patterns. This workshop series is here to support you in raising your conscious awareness. The simple act of being aware releases.

In this 90 mins workshop you will interact with the Colour Mirrors system (in the form of 87 bottles displayed on the screen) to discover where you are on your soul journey, what you are reaching towards and letting go of.

Each colour choice holds up a mirror (thus the name ‘Colour Mirrors’) from your soul revealing not only your programmes and patterns, which you release by bringing them to conscious awareness, but also a reflection of the greatness you hold within.

>> I will also use Theta Healing to support the release of old programmes and attune you to new empowering feelings and beliefs.

Workshop format:

• This is an intuitive process based on you and what you wish to work on (refer to clearing themes above for inspiration). Just come as you are with an intention to shift something in your life and I will guide you to find your own answers.
• I will ask you questions and you will choose bottles to represent your answers.
• I will interpret the language of your colour choices and help you uncover where your current challenges come from - when you understand the root of the issue it becomes much easier to confront and resolve it.
• Together, we’ll make the unconscious conscious - you will experience an expansion of your conscious awareness.
• I will work on a 1-to-1 basis with participants but the whole group will benefit as we are mirrors to each other. As one person’s subconscious patterns come to light, it can reveal a similar pattern in another person. We are all connected and a reflection of each other.

This workshop is for souls who:

• are longing to find meaning and fulfilment outside social norms
• are awakening to their spiritual reality
• have a sense that "something is missing" and feel stuck or restless
• want to understand themselves better and reach their full potential

About Colour Mirrors

Colour Mirrors, founded by Melissie Jolly in South Africa in 2001, uses coloured essential oils and essences as colour therapy.
