But I’ve also faced deep personal challenges, loss, burnout, and identity shifts that forced me to reimagine what success really means.

Who am I to inspire you?

I bring over 15 years of experience as co-founder of Martha and Hepsie, a brand stocked by John Lewis and other leading retailers, with clients like Bosh, the British Skin Foundation, and even a Deputy Prime Minister.

I’ve led senior teams, coached women in business, and trained with Kim Calvert, Bob Proctor’s No.1 consultant, blending mindset mastery with proven marketing know-how. My work is also informed by Claire Zammit’s woman-centred coaching, recognising the unique stages and needs of women’s development.

I’m proud to be part of the Small Business Britain #ialso100 f:Entrepreneur campaign for 2025, as well as a business in the SmallBiz100 2025 campaign, and I currently serve as a Non-Executive Director at North Devon Hospice, where purpose, profit and impact meet in powerful ways.
