Upon completion of this course, you’ll gain essential knowledge and understanding of Expanse tools for medical secretaries, including clinical documentation, patient record management, and appointment scheduling.The course begins with modules on reviewing clinical documentation and results — core areas for many independent medical secretaries. You may then choose to continue into patient registration, record updates, and appointment scheduling modules if these are relevant to your role or if you’d like additional exposure to the system.You are welcome to leave the session once the modules relevant to your responsibilities have been delivered.
