Our next ramble will be at Sherwood Forest.
Today, the forest is a magical destination for everyone who wants to enjoy this beautiful ancient woodland and the diverse flora and fauna that lives here. It is also, of course, home to the enduring legend of Robin Hood.
We will meet at 11am for an 11.30am start.
Meeting at : Sherwood Forest, Edwinstowe, Mansfield NG21 9RN
There are several accessible parking spaces and accessible toilets in the café. Parking charges are in force for non-National Trust members.
This will be a socially paced ramble with opportunities to stop for a break or take photographs. We will stop to have a packed lunch so it is worth bringing food and drinks.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather and check the forcast beforehand
Please bring relevant medication.
People who use other types of off-road mobility equipment are welcome to join the ramble, however, the route has only been checked using a Mountain Trike and access cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us to discuss this prior to booking.
If you have never tried a Mountain Trike before and/or have never attended an Experience Community ramble before, please contact us at info@experiencecommunity.co.uk before booking a space on the event so we can discuss it further with you.
