Hult is offering a speaker event in Tel Aviv on Thursday, April 7 and inviting Raphael Baharav, our MBA alumnus and currently VP Marketing of CBC Group, to talk about his experience and how an international education boosted his career.

About the Speaker:
Raphael Baharav, VP Marketing at CBC Group
Raphael Baharav joined MBA at Management Education institute in Boston formed by Arthur D. Little (now Hult International Business School) in 1989. Before starting at the business school he worked for over three years in the Marketing Department of Coca Cola in Israel. Upon graduation in 1990, Raphael was hired to prepare the launch of Pepsi Cola in Israel. He then moved to Carlsberg Beer to become the first VP Marketing for Israel in 1992, and CEO in 1997. During this time Carlsberg went from zero market share to a giant in the market in only few years. In 2001 he moved to LG White Line as CEO, and in 2003 joined Heineken (company CEO in 2005-2009).
After leaving Heineken, Raphael started consulting for Turk Tubork (2009-2011) and was responsible for the turnaround process of the company from big loss to healthy profit, increasing the market share from 9% to 31%. Since 2011 he has been VP Marketing for CBC Group which controls 40% of the beverage market in Israel, operating on behalf of Coca Cola, Carlsberg, Tara Milk, Neviot Water.
