About this event

Join us to experience a simple and easy-to-use breath technique that can support you in all areas of your life. In this workshop, you will learn Transformational Breath and receive tips to optimize the power of your breath.

The Transformational Breath ® session focuses on three main areas – increasing physical well-being, improving mental and emotional states, and spiritual expansion. It helps you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, gain a deeper understanding of breath patterns, and release both physical and emotional tension from the body.

Experiencing Transformational breath session can help you:

No previous breathwork experience is required.

What to expect:

  • Brief introduction and discussion of Transformational Breath benefits and technique
  • Set an intention through a short guided meditation
  • Get comfortable on the mat for a guided breathwork journey, incorporating hands-on acupressure, sound, movement, and positive affirmations
  • Relax on the mat for 10-15 minutes at the end to integrate your experience
  • Share your session experience, receive tips for daily practice

No previous breathwork experience required. Mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your water bottle.

If you haven't experienced Transformational Breath® before, the ticket of Newcomers to Transformational Breath is for you!

If you have previously experienced Transformational Breath® then you can join us after the introduction part at 12:30 pm to set an intention and breathe.

Please consult your medical practitioner to ensure deep breathing techniques are suitable for you. Yes, the workshop is designed for individuals of all experience levels. Whether you are new to breathwork or have previous experience, you'll find the session accessible and beneficial.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Please bring a water bottle. We will provide mats, blankets, and pillows. However, for added comfort, feel free to bring any special blankets or cushions that you prefer. We advise you to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing with minimal belts and jewellry.

Are there any age restrictions for the workshop?

The workshop is open to individuals aged 18 and above. However, participants of all ages who are interested in breathwork are welcome.

I have a medical condition; can I still participate?

It's recommended to consult your medical practitioner before attending if you have any concerns about deep breathing techniques. If you have specific medical conditions, please contact us at info@mybreathingpath.co.uk to discuss suitability.

Muge Zorbozan, born in Istanbul, Turkey, is a dedicated advocate for personal transformation and holistic well-being. Founder of My Breathing Path, Muge relocated to the UK in 2018 to empower individuals through breathwork and mindfulness. With a background in finance, her own healing journey led her to become a Certified Transformational Breath Practitioner in 2012.

Muge offers private sessions, workshops, and corporate events, creating a safe space for individuals to explore the power of breathwork. Beyond Transformational Breath, she holds certifications in Theta Healing, Reiki, and Meditation & Mindfulness. As Dr. Judith Kravitz's assistant, Muge plays a vital role in coordinating Transformational Breath events globally. Her holistic approach and commitment make her a guiding force for those seeking lasting well-being.
