Floating sound baths offer a unique combination of deep relaxation being supported by the calming influence of water and gentle healing vibrations through their bodies which attendees have reported from healing instruments and Reiki.
Allow this relaxing session to take you into a dream-like state.
This experience may lead to benefits such as quietening the mind, lowering stress levels, blood pressure, improved sleep, reduction of chronic pain and promoting a deep sense of peace and better sleep as sounds take you from Beta to Theta brain waives--the time when you are just about to fall alseep and into your subconsious-- a bit like lucid dreaming.
SAVE THE DATE: Sunday 12th October
There will be a special floating sound bath at Yearsley Pool, York, YO31 8SB from 4pm to 5pm. However give yourself 15 mins before and after to be able to be guided safely on and off the floating double sized air mattress in the pool commencing at 03:45 pm and leave at 5:15 pm.
Once the session has started, allow the waves and layer of sounds to lull you into a deep relaxed state. On the website www.yorkreikiplus.com please have a read and complete the Waiver form online.
