Event description

Description

You are invited to experience and learn about the benefits and revelations of Compassion Circles.

“creating safe and reflective space for aligning on uniting values, self-compassion and building a culture of curiosity, appreciation and consistent compassion”

Psychological safety, trust and compassion are integral to healthy workplaces. A Compassion Circle is designed to create the conditions for a safe inquiry into the flow of compassion. Compassion Circles facilitators are trained to use a highly structured approach.

These sessions, funded by the West Midlands Patient Safety Collaborative are open to all who work in Health and Social Care - the sessions will allow time to hear about the theory behind compassion circles, to experience the practice and to think about opportunities to introduce circles into team and organisational systems.

2 Sessions are available with limited, free places, and lunch will be provided for both sessions.
AM session - 9.30am - 2.00pm
PM session - 1pm - 5pm

The sessions are being hosted at the peaceful inspiring Woodbrooke Centre in Selly Oak and all participants in both morning and afternoon sessions are invited to share lunch together from 13.00 to 14.00
